How can I make an appointment?
All appointments are available via video Telehealth (we do not take in-person bookings). To book your appointment please click here. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to join your secure Telehealth appointment. A Client Intake Form will need to be filled out and sent at least 2 business days before your appointment.
Please note that at this time we are unable to take appointments from people residing in the USA or Canada.
Due to delays in postage and restrictions with this if you are residing outside of Australia we recommend that you email us prior to booking an appointment.
How much are the consultations?
An initial appointment for one person is $250 and for a couple, it is $375.
A return appointment is $120 and for an extended return appointment it is $220.
*All herbal formulas or supplements required will come at additional costs (a 500ml herbal starts at $95 per person plus shipping).
We also have a 4 week Fertility Intensive Option which is the perfect way to get started with us so that we have a chance to cover many areas that might be impacting your fertility in the first month together. This all inclusive bundle is $1400 (saves you $813) for one person, and the most economical package is for a couple, $1900 (saves you $1374). This includes weekly consultation for 4 weeks, herbal medicines, meal planning, personalised guidance through Jaclyn’s PREGNANT method to address your fertility puzzle, access to the Positive 2 Week Wait support program and email support to make sure you get all the help you need as you get started + have a chance to have your questions answered when you need them.

How is your program different to others?
Our program is based on the experience of Jaclyn Harris, Stacey Roberts and Ruth Sharkey who combine a functional approach rooted in the latest research (both conventional and complementary medicine) along with tradition to help women create a viable pregnancy. Did we mention we have had over 7000 babies born while their parents were on the program?
Do you only deal with fertility struggles?
No. Our team are qualified Naturopaths who are trained in all areas of health. We see patients for everything from optimizing hormones, thyroid support, stress, adrenal fatigue, and more.
What is your cancellation policy?
All of our consultations are paid during the time of booking. We understand that things change, and if you need to make a request to alter your booking time we ask for at least 2 business days’ notice. The consultation fee you have paid will then be transferred to your rescheduled booking or held in credit for the next booking you make. At this time if you want to cancel your booking completely and not reschedule, we will happily refund the paid purchase price to you less a $30 admin fee.
Unfortunately, if you have to make changes or cancel within 2 business days of your booking time or fail to attend your appointment, you will forfeit the booking, and the paid consultation fee, and no credit or refund will be given.

About Jaclyn
Jaclyn is a qualified Naturopath and the Clinical Director of the Natural Fertility Co (previously known as Sharkey’s Healing Centre). She has a relentless passion to help people make informed and conscious choices at every stage of their health and wellness journey. This includes helping them balance their hormones, boost fertility, prepare for IVF, manage endometriosis, PCOS or thyroid issues, deal with recurrent miscarriages and navigate pregnancy and birth.
Jaclyn was trained and mentored by Stacey Roberts and hand-selected to take over the reins as Australia’s new ‘Baby Maker’. Since that day Jaclyn has made it her mission to support people on their journey towards parenthood and ensure they not only improve their fertility but are supported physically, mentally and emotionally.
